I’m quite nervous about being interviewed on radio
Book Talk Radio Club always emails a copy of the interview questions to you two days before the interview is due to take place, so there are no surprises.  Remember, I am here to promote your books, not test you!

Do I have to be in a studio for my interview?
No, not at all, interviews are carried out on Skype, so an author can be absolutely anywhere as long as there is a good internet connection and of course you have Skype.

Can I share my interviews with my Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram followers?
Yes, you are actively encouraged to share! The more shares, the quicker and further your author brand and books get in front of the eyes of readers. In fact every time a post is written about you, the author, it is put on your Facebook timeline (with your consent), giving you easy access to share.

Does Book Talk Radio Club have any feedback from it’s authors?
Yes, it most certainly does! Here are a couple of them:

Evadeen Brickwood, Young Adult Sci-Fi & Cosy Mysteries author - "Book Talk Radio is more than just a new marketing service for self publishers. Claire Perkins' genuine interest in her fellow authors and their books is tangible during the interviews. It felt more like chatting to a friend and I would do it again in a heartbeat."

Gordon Kuhn, author of dark psychological novels (both non-fiction & fiction) and contemporary poet - "Dear Claire, I wanted to write and to tell you how impressed I was this morning with your interview. I thought your range of questions was appropriate and focused on not only on me as the author, but also took into account the characters in my writing but fictional and non-fictional . I was equally impressed as to the professionalism exhibited both before, during, and after the interview. I look forward to working with you again. THIS SAID TO OTHERS:  If you want a professional interview about your writing then contact Claire as I am sure she will surprise you with all that she can do for you. She is also a writer and understands what we all go through, so, give her a call. send her an email. You won't regret it. Sincerely yours, Gordon Kuhn"

Who is behind Book Talk Radio Club/Who owns it?
Claire Perkins is a self-published author and knows how hard it is to get your name out there. She was let down very badly by a national radio station that should have known better and cancelled her on air interview to an audience of thousands at the last minute. Rather than stay angry and upset, she decided to set up her own internet radio station for authors - kind of like talk radio but 'Book Talk Radio' to give self-published authors (and traditionally published authors) the voice they deserve.

Claire is the author of two books in the inspirational/self-help genre.
You can find out more about her on her Book Talk Radio Club page here
