Delvin Nelson was born in 1969 and lives in Blackburn in Lancashire with his wife and son. He has been an avid writer since he was eleven-years-old, whose only previous published work was a letter in the NME about the Manic Street Preachers. His literary inspirations are Iain Banks, Neil Gaiman, J.K. Rowling, Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton.

The Devil Egg

The Devil Egg, a dark, humorous novel is set approximately 30 years after the end of a 300 year war between humans and angels. The humans were victorious due to the assistance of a mysterious man who appeared out of nowhere and said the word, “egg”. 30 years later, a little girl appears out of nowhere and says the word, “egg” and the Known Universe is thrown into chaos as angels and humans alike work out if she is a good or bad egg.
